Bacco Trattoria opened in October 2020 and is located in Lacey, WA. Chef Riccardo Simeone has served loyal patrons in restaurants from Seattle to Las Vegas to Maine. He’s opened an authentic trattoria to bring the wonderful flavors of his hometown of Gaeta, Italy to the south Puget Sound area.
